Madonna has released photos of her two boys, David Banda, 17, and Rocco Ritchie, 22, while on vacation in Kenya.
The 64-year-old man The Like a Virgin singer rarely posts photos of her six children, but during her most recent trip to Africa, Madonna shared a photo of her sons sitting together in what appears to be a classroom.
For the past week, the diva has been documenting her family’s African experience with short videos from her prior time in Malawi, including footage of her New Year’s Eve celebration, which she enjoyed with her children.
The photo of Rocco and David came in a flurry of Instagram stories promoting Kenyan eco-fashion label Ministry of Tomorrow from Kibera, a Nairobi area.
The model was spotted at the fashion company speaking with schoolchildren while wearing a bulky pullover with bright flowers, a black sunhat, and pigtails. The pop star wrote one photo ‘Knowledge is Power,’ and another ‘Every child needs an education,’ alongside images of young children.
The previous day, the actress shared a video of herself and her family creating a broken-glass painting of a dove in the same area of Nairobi.
On their African adventure, the family has so far visited Malawi and Kenya.
Madonna published a video to promote the release of her new single, Back That Up To The Beat, last week while visiting the charity she created in 2006, Raising Malawi, with the film primarily consisting of people dancing.
Madonna, dressed head-to-toe in Gucci, was seen socialising with children and getting dug in.
Madonna has four daughters in addition to her two sons, both of whom she shares with director Guy Ritchie: 26-year-old Lourdes Leon, 16-year-old Mercy, and 10-year-old twins Stelle and Estere.

The Material Girl singer has a daughter, Lourde, with her ex-husband, personal trainer turned actor Carlos Leon. David, Mercy, Stelle, and Estere are all Malawian children that were adopted by the artist.
Madonna frequently discusses how her children are her everything, and in a 2017 interview with People, she opened up about her adoption journey and why she did it.
‘Sometimes I would just close my eyes and just think, “Why isn’t my kitchen filled with dancing children?” There’s so many children that need a home,’ the pop icon said. ‘I thought, ‘What am I waiting for? Just do it.’
David, Madonna’s first adopted child, is thought to be the apple of the superstar’s eye.
In an interview with Vogue in 2019, she said: ‘He’s the one I have the most in common with. I feel like he gets me; he has more of my DNA than any of my children so far.’
