Megan Fox has responded to infidelity rumours surrounding her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly.
After being entangled in the celebrity couple’s quarrel, the 36-year-old brunette hastened to protect the musician’s female guitarist Sophie Lloyd.
The Transformers actress, who had previously disabled her Instagram account, left a long note beneath the 27-year-album old’s artwork post after it was thought that the blonde musician had something to do with the pair’s divorce.
Megan wrote: ‘How me making a joke in order to absolve this girl of a hurtful accusation somehow turned into confirmation of it – I will never understand.
‘Why are people so… so dumb. Sophie you are insanely talented.
‘Welcome to Hollywood. Your first unwarranted PR disaster. You have been baptized by the flames of fame.

‘It only gets worse from here unfortunately. Just ignore it as much as you can (heart emoji). middle finger up [sic]’.
Sophie responded to the star’s note and said: ‘The internet is so wild! Sending so much love @meganfox [sic]’.
Her statements came after Megan advocated no adultery in her partnership following rumours that her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, 32, had been unfaithful throughout their relationship.
‘There has been no third party influence in this relationship of any type,’ the beauty said on her social media site on Sunday.
‘That includes, but is not limited to…actual humans, DMs, AI bots, or succubus demons.
‘While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now.’
Her forceful statements came in reaction to Page Six’s report that Megan discovered direct chats and text messages on her partner’s phone, leading her to assume he was having an affair.
The couple’s split rumours began last weekend after Megan posted a mysterious statement online.
After the ‘dishonesty’ comment, the celebrity deleted all traces of the renowned musician from her Instagram account.
