Taking to Instagram, the self-tanner businesswoman kept followers informed as she went onto the stair climber and began her first postpartum exercise.
Sporting pale blue leggings and a zipped-up long-sleeve shirt, the first-time parent recorded herself as she walked on the machine beside the caption: ‘First day back moving!’.
At the end of the video, she also mentioned how her figure had transformed while she was pregnant: ‘These films made me realise how much my bum [peach emoji] had tripled in size from having Bambi… some severe toning needed but I’ll get there in time!’.
She then took a mirror picture at the gym, informing followers that she had only waited three and a half weeks before exercising her body again.

‘So beyond excited to get my fitness back… never felt so ready to get my body back moving again [sic],’ she typed on top of the image.
Appearing fresh-faced with slicked-back hair, the new mother was glowing as she shared her progress news with her social media.
Molly-Mae followed the pictures with an old selfie that showed her in the same gym while pregnant.
That image carried the words: ‘Last time in our gym’, signifying how much the fashion creator’s life had changed.

Before fans could express their concerns about her health, the actress sent a statement with a photo of her cat that stated, ‘I talked with my midwife before starting to workout again!’
‘Over the last week, I’ve felt completely healed and ready to gradually re-establish my body’s movement. I just wanted to clarify.’
Her updates came after she bid goodbye to her partner, who had departed the UK to fight in a boxing match.
She uploaded a sweet family photo wishing her athletic lover well ahead of his big fight, expressing her pride for him.
