Molly-Mae Hague has disclosed that she was induced at the birth of her infant daughter Bambi.
The Love Island actress, 23, gave birth to her baby daughter on January 23 in London by vaginal delivery and has now announced that she is 37.5 weeks pregnant.
The influencer previously discussed her and husband Tommy Fury’s plan to have her give birth in London rather in Manchester, where they live, to provide them more privacy.
Molly has now revealed in her newly-uploaded birth vlog that Tommy’s forthcoming battle with opponent Jake Paul on February 26 also played a role in her decision to be induced.
She stated how they had been having a normal check-up the Thursday before, and she told the medical staff that she had been feeling aches and pains and felt ‘like I was about to give birth to a brick’.
It was then determined that she was already one millimetre dilated, and she was advised that it wouldn’t be long until Bambi arrived.

Molly then returned to London over the weekend, just ‘in case something occurred’ before the induction, which was scheduled very early Monday morning.
Molly told herviewers: ‘The reason we decided to be induced and not let the labour come on naturally is because, like I said, we’d chosen to give birth in London and also, as you guys know – I can’t really avoid taking about it – Tommy has an absolutely gigantic fight in just a couple of weeks, and we thought through this period of life, we just needed to have some sort of understanding of when things were going to be happening.’
‘We needed to have an understanding of when Bambi was going to be making her arrival so I wasn’t going into labour and he wasn’t not able to be with me because that would have been really bad!’ she added.

Jake had already interjected himself into the account of Bambi’s birth by proclaiming to the world that she was born before Molly and Tommy did.
He was also chastised for commenting insensitively beneath their article.
Tommy, on the other hand, dismissed the drama, calling it’speculation’ when Jake posted: ‘Tommy has no excuses now… Baby’s born.
‘Money’s massive. Immigration no issue. Tyson promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can’t beat the YouTuber.’
He added: ‘Tmw I’m coming to London to look at all 3 Fury’s in the eye & shake on that promise.’
‘At the end of the day, all Jake Paul can do from wherever he is in this world is speculate, and that’s all it was,’ Tommy said on Piers Morgan Uncensored last week.
‘Speculation, nothing is ever true unless you hear it from me and Molly.’
Talking about the ‘trash-talking’ that comes with public boxing matches like these, Tommy continued: ‘It’s part and parcel, it’s what we have to do.
‘It comes with the entertainment business, that’s what we’re in, and me and Jake Paul are great dance partners, and I’ve enjoyed the build-up so far, it’s going to get a lot more heated, and I can’t wait.’
Molly also claimed in the video that Tommy was with her throughout the birth and’saw everything’ and ‘liked it’.
The boxer made a surprise appearance in the video and characterised it as ‘a science class’.
‘It’s the best thing I’ve ever seen in my life,’ he added, while also confirming that it was the ‘best thing that would ever happen to him’, in both his personal and professional life.
