Olly Murs and wife Amelia Tank have marked the impending arrival of their first child in a rather unusual way.
The 39-year-old former X Factor performer and fitness model Amelia, 30, married last summer and announced in December that they were expecting a baby together.
Now, the pair has immersed themselves into preparing for fatherhood, including hosting the most unique baby shower ever.
Mums-to-be frequently celebrate their pregnancy with a party, but Olly and Amelia went a different path by creating a theme for the occasion.
What about that theme? Greggs. Or, sorry, pregs.
Olly took to Instagram to post a number of photos from the big day, which included a catering van adorned in Greggs’ characteristic blue-and-yellow and displaying the name ‘Preggs’.
A note to the pair was also scrawled on the van’s side: ‘Congratulations Olly & Amelia.’
There were sausage rolls and bakes, pizza and wedges and glasses of champagne, which isn’t something you see every day at Greggs.
Amelia posed cheerfully by the van, one hand holding a Greggs paper bag and the other resting on her tummy. In another snap, the husband and wife smiled into the camera while Olly displayed a phrase on the bag stating that it will fulfil ‘your pastry cravings’.
It added: ‘Congrats on your troublebaker!’
Finally, Olly dressed up in a big sausage roll outfit. Because that is exactly what baby showers are about.
It comes after Amelia and Olly announced their pregnancy on social media with a romantic photo of Amelia beaming and exposing her stomach, and Olly clutching an ultrasound.
The pair initially met on social media in 2019.
They announced their relationship in 2020, and Olly proposed in December 2022 in a romantic cliff-top occasion.
He told Hello! magazine about their ‘Murs-fest’ wedding and claimed he wept like a kid as he watched his wife-to-be come down the aisle.
Olly’s wedding was a star-studded affair, with guests including Towie’s Mark Wright and the singer’s house band, starring Katie Holmes-Smith.
