Laura Anderson’s pregnancy has not been easy, but it is now being extended since her baby is ‘late’ and she is straining to induce.
The Love Island actress is expecting a daughter with ex Gary Lucy, 41, whom she met last year on the reality show Celebs Go Dating.
She revealed her pregnancy in February, the same month the Hollyoaks star announced their breakup.
The pair has reportedly reconciled, although this might merely be pre-baby planning, despite Laura’s admission that she wanted to reunite.
Laura, 34, said that she had been attempting to induce labour for many days due to the fact that she was now ‘late’ on the due date.
‘My face realising I’m overdue thinking… Please don’t have a big head, please don’t have a big head, please don’t have a big head 🫠,’ she joked on Instagram.

Laura is wearing a black crop top and leggings, with her baby bulge on full display, and is wearing a little astonished expression as she supports her back.
Her second photo was a charming black and white rendition in which she grins and clutches her stomach.
Laura added: ‘See you on the stretched side motherf@ckas 🥴🩵.’
She revealed in her Instagram story earlier this week that she had been bouncing on a gym ball in an attempt to induce labour.
‘Hate this bloody ball & this tea tbh but I had a sweep today not something I thought I’d get but gave it a bash,’ she wrote.
Laura added: ‘Thank you all for your messages just giving those interested a lil I update. No doubt I’II be quiet on here for a bit as life is sort of standing still at mo, trying to enjoy the calm but it’s hard.’
Rumours circulated that she was reunited with her father Gary when they were spotted together in Scotland, however neither has spoken.
The couple have both talked freely about their relationship’s flaws, with Laura previously stating that they had split up because things had gotten ‘too chaotic,’ later revealing that they were ‘absolutely not’ on good terms.
Gary also exposed the baby’s sex to the world without consulting Laura, escalating their feud.
Laura revealed another part on her post about the baby’s room, but it’s unclear how or if she and Gary plan to co-parent.
