On Monday, Rochelle Humes said she was recovering from a major injury and recounted how she harmed herself on Instagram Stories.
The 34-year-old TV presenter and former singer told her followers that she had ‘pulled [her] rib out’ and was attempting to ‘fix’ herself.
The ITV This Morning host posted a photo of a medical equipment on the side of her couch, along with a letter informing viewers of her condition.
She typed: ‘Late night sessions to fix this mama. I pulled my rib out – which I think probably sounds more dramatic than it is, but it really bloody hurts.
‘James Health has fixed me once again. I have been seeing James for years and not only is the kindest soul and unmatched energy… he is also a bloody genius.’
Her tweet coincided with her son Blake’s third birthday, and the remainder of her social media posts documented the fun-filled day she spent with him.
Rochelle is also the mother of two kids, Alaia-May, 9, and Valentina Raine, 6, whom she shares with her husband, former JLS singer Marvin Humes, 38.
Elsewhere on her Story, The Saturdays singer shared a beautiful photo of herself holding her son’s hand as she drove him out to fulfil his birthday dream.
Rochelle, who documented the journey online, revealed that Blake ‘had one dream for his birthday… to ride the tube.’
She captured the small boy’s excitement as he sat on the platform, ready to join London’s famed railway network.
The adorable couple then went to the Lego store, where he was videotaped strolling through the aisles in wonder.
Following that, the presenter invited her son to lunch and used the chance to grab a mirror photo with Blake before adding, “I hope we go on dates forever.”
Rochelle dressed her ‘little man’ in high-top sneakers, a baseball cap and a neutral-colored blouse and pants.
She went for a laid-back appearance, wearing loose blue jeans, a striped knit cardigan over a t-shirt, and white suede shoes.
As she stood in the washroom of her selected lunch place, the celebrity cinched her trousers with a brown belt and draped a quilted leather bag over her shoulder.
