Maya Vander, Selling Sunset‘s fantastic real estate agent and new mother-of-three, has given birth to a baby girl.
This comes after the 39-year-old tragically lost her kid at 38 weeks in a stillbirth in December 2021.
Maya had a loss at 10 weeks just months later, so receiving her third child is a tremendous relief for the actress.
Maya is well-known for her appearances in Netflix’s blockbuster real estate show Selling Sunset, in which she co-starred with fellow Oppenheim Group agents based in Los Angeles, including Chrishelle Stause and Heather Rae El Moussa.
Maya, understandably, kept her pregnancy a secret until last week, when she confirmed it and expressed her ‘nervous but delighted’ feelings.
Maya and her husband, David Miller, are now the joyful parents of Emma Reign, who joins their two older children, Elle, 3, and Aiden, 4.
Maya wrote beside a photo of herself, David, and young Emma shared to herald the joyous news of their new arrival: ‘Welcome to the world Emma Reign! My rainbow baby!

‘This was a long 9 months as I kept my pregnancy as quiet as possible from social media. I gave birth few days ago and words can not express my sense of relief and happiness!
‘Thank you so much @femcareobgyn and dr Senemar. Thank you to the amazing nurses at Baptist hospital. I will forever be grateful ❤️ and yes I’m wearing a mask because of course I had the worse cold🤧but I made it to push a baby with full stuffy nose;) (sic).’
Chatting to PEOPLE, Maya said she was feeling ‘so much relief’ that she and Emma are ‘both safe’.
‘I got induced at 37 weeks,’ Maya revealed of the recent birth, as she explained: ‘Given I had my stillbirth at 38, my doctor didn’t want to take any chances, even monitoring me twice a week towards the end.’

However, the birth was not without incident, as Maya revealed how Emma’s heartbeat plummeted while she was pushing, and it was discovered that the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck.
‘It was scarier, given my recent loss. My husband was extremely worried, and I was focused on getting her out,’ she added.
Maya chose the name ‘Emma’ for her newborn daughter because she liked the powerful connotation behind the word Reign and believed it fit with the names of her previous children.
Season 6 of Selling Sunset will be available on Netflix on Friday, May 19.
Maya will not be returning to the show after leaving the industry to launch her own real estate firm in Miami.
