Sophie, 27, has been silent on social media since her divorce from Joe Jonas, 34, surprised fans in September.
While the couple has entered mediation for the sake of their two children, the Game of Thrones star has kept mute.
She then took a sly jab at her ex-husband, Joe Jonas, in her Instagram story, referencing Taylor’s album Fearless.
Sophie and Taylor, 33, have been solid friends since the separation was public, with Taylor providing Sophie her sofa to stay.
