Stacey Solomon has revealed a significant new professional endeavour and has invested in her first firm.
The 33-year-old reality TV personality, who previously revealed her realistic morning ritual, is ecstatic about a ‘big milestone’ in her life after investing in independent hair care firm REHAB.
She wrote on Instagram: ‘A huge Moment In My Life. So… I have decided for the first time in my entire career to invest my own money into a small business and become a third of @rehabyourhair. It doesn’t feel real.
‘Growing up investing in a small business is never something in my life I thought I’d have the chance to be able to do! I feel like I’m writing this about someone else.’
Stacey, who admitting the new endeavour was’scary,’ uploaded a photo of herself signing a contract and added she has been a fan of the company for a long time and wants to see it develop.
She continued: ‘I am incredibly excited to say, that as of today I am 1/3 owner of @rehabyourhair. I can’t put into words how incredible it feels to say that I am going to start a whole new chapter in my life championing incredible women in business.
‘I see so many talented people day in day out working so hard to achieve their dreams & it’s not easy out there. I can’t wait to give my absolute all to Rehab & take it to the places it deserves to be.’
Stacey recently revealed how her husband, Joe Swash, regularly works away from home.
‘I think parent guilt is across the board – mums, dads, everyone. Joe really struggles going away for work,’ Stacey explained on the latest episode of her BBC series Sort Your Life Out.
‘His default to make himself feel better is to bring back gifts.’
Stacey finds this practise bothersome, and she believes their three-year-old son Rex, one-year-old daughter Rose, and newborn Belle don’t care for it. Stacey has Zachary, 14, Leighton, 10, and Joe has Harry, 16, who all get gifts.
She continued: ‘It’s a pain in the bum. There is nowhere to put this stuff. The kids will literally forget about it two weeks later.’
Stacey was compelled to explain herself earlier this summer after receiving criticism for publicising her extravagant summer vacation on social media.
Stacey and her 41-year-old husband Joe brought their children to the luxurious Regnum Carya hotel in Turkey, which can cost tens of thousands of pounds.
After admitting that she obtained a discount from the agency, the messages began to pour in, claiming that Stacey ‘doesn’t live in the real world’.
Shutting down the trolling, Stacey simply urged anyone offended by her content to ‘unfollow’ her.
‘If me sharing our holiday doesn’t make you feel good then unfollow or just mute me or something,’ she urged.
‘I love coming on here and sharing things so much and I love our community on here.
‘All I ever want is to take you on the adventure with us and hopefully make you smile along the way.’
Go Stacey!
