Move over, Halloween: Marks & Spencer’s Colin the Caterpillar has a new look for Christmas, and he’ll be available soon.
M&S has revealed their preparations for the most joyful time of the year, which includes a new-look Colin.
The nation’s favourite caterpillar will be dressed in a charming red and green sugar paste sweater, a green Santa hat and white chocolate snowflake bits.
The festive Colin, an essential on Christmas tables across the UK, will be available in all his seasonal splendour from December 13th.
As usual, he’s expected to be extremely popular, so mark the date on your calendar and book your tickets as soon as possible.
But Colin’s novelty is far from over.
If you want to give a loved one (or yourself) a Colin the Caterpillar-shaped gift, the oh-so-cute creepy crawly has been converted into a super-soft plush toy. This one will be released early, on November 1st.
If you’re looking for a little hygge while doing your Christmas shopping, M&S café has a caterpillar-shaped hot chocolate (topped with his lovely little face in chocolate form, of course).
A build-your-own cookie kit is also available today, making it the ideal way to celebrate the holidays with friends and family.
Everything you need to make your own Colin is included, including 15 chocolate biscuits, a solid white chocolate face, six white chocolate feet, chocolate buttons, and an icing tube.
Colin’s best pieces, including his creamy white chocolate boots, face, tummy, and candy-coated chocolate beans, are also available.
