Do you love tight spaces? Do you absolutely hate privacy? Have you got lots and lots of money?
Well, if your answer to all these questions was ‘yes’, we just might have the property for you.
TikTokker Nero Naveendran, who posts under the username realtor.nero, has shared a now-viral clip of a home for sale in Toronto.
Described as a ‘unique modern creation’ in the listing, it’s got three bedrooms, four bathrooms and three kitchens.
At first, it all looks pretty normal, with big windows, dark floors, modern-looking furnishing and pops of orange throughout.
The first slightly odd thing you’ll likely notice is how exceedingly narrow the 1,693 sq ft property is, with each end of a bed reaching opposite walls in one room.
In that same room is the other far more surprising oddity – a lone toilet right by the entrance.
There are no walls or barriers of any kind shielding it from view – just a chest of drawers between the toilet and the bed.
Unique indeed!

Interestingly, there’s also a sink and towel rack in the hallway leading to that bedroom.
It almost gives the impression that somebody just put a wall in the wrong place somewhere down the line and the decorators just went with it.

The listing says the building is ‘ideal for investors that are looking to generate high income through short or long term rental.’
Who wouldn’t want to rent a place where you can maintain constant eye contact with your partner from the loo at all times?
Nero’s video, which has earned over 2.2million views and 140,000 likes so far, has plenty of comments from people lamenting how much the property costs.

One person wrote: ‘Bro thinks someone would pay 2mil for a staircase,’ while another commented: ‘The house is 2D.’
Others have expressed shock and disbelief over the fact that there’s a random toilet in one of the bedrooms, with one person writing: ‘Did nobody notice the open toilet in the bedroom?’
Someone also took issue with one of the kitchens, writing: ‘Everyone’s talking about the toilet but there’s literally only a microwave in that kitchen.’
‘I’ve never laughed so hard in my life,’ commented another person.
