In the first official teaser for DC blockbuster The Flash, which released during the Super Bowl, Ezra Miller joined up with both Batman and Supergirl.
The actor will reprise their role as the DC superhero in the forthcoming film, which will be the character’s debut standalone picture, and will be released in theatres on June 16.
Despite repeated conflicts concerning Miller, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, throughout the past year, The Flash has continued.
The caravan also includes cameos from Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton, both of whom have previously played Batman, with Affleck Miller’s Justice League co-star and Keaton resuming the legendary role after more than 30 years.
He previously played the Caped Crusader in 1989’s Batman, resuming his role in 1992’s Batman Returns, with his second intended comeback as the hero in Batgirl being shelved with the film.
In the action-packed teaser, Barry Allen (Miller) becomes entangled in the universe before meeting an alternate version of himself and the two Batmans (Batmen?).

‘You can go anywhere; another timeline, another universe, so why do you want to stay and fight to save this one?’ Keaton is heard to ask Miller.
‘Because this is the one where my mum lives. I’m not going to lose her again,’ Miller replies.
The clip also has Michael Shannon reprising his role as the evil General Zod from DC’s Man Of Steel movie.
Despite the fact that DC CEO James Gunn already revealed that Henry Cavill will no longer play Superman in the DC Universe, viewers were given to a preview of Sasha Calle’s debut as Supergirl in The Flash.

Miller declared in August of last year that they were undergoing therapy to cope with a number of ‘complicated mental health concerns,’ and apologised to studio executives for ‘drawing unwanted attention’ to the film.
They had previously been prosecuted by US authorities in Vermont for an alleged burglary as well as grooming a young girl, with the celebrity reportedly agreeing to plead guilty to a trespassing charge in the first instance.
Miller had previously been jailed twice in Hawaii for second-degree assault and disorderly behaviour at a karaoke club.

The Flash is set to play a significant role in the DC Universe revamp, with Gunn recently revealing updates on the franchise’s eight-to-ten-year plan.
Posting the trailer for the film on Sunday, he wrote on Twitter: ‘I love this movie so much. Can’t wait for you all to see it.’
Gunn’s other superhero movie, Guardians Of The Galaxy: Volume III, which is set to be released on May 9, was also shown at the Super Bowl.
Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, and Bradley Cooper will all reprise their roles as the wacky space-traveling heroes.
Other Super Bowl previews featured Dungeons & Dragons, 65, and Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny, which will be released on June 30.
Harrison Ford and Phoebe Waller Bridge were seen falling out of the rear of an airliner in the frightening scene, which also included Mads Mikkelsen.
