Big Brother viewers were outraged at Olivia’s punishment, but not for the reasons you may assume.
After speculating about nominations with fellow resident Chanelle, the 23-year-old broke yet another guideline.
Olivia was caught in an absurd encounter with former participant Hallie just weeks ago, when the duo were busted for discussing their nominations.
And now the Glasgow dancer is facing yet another punishment from Big Brother in various sorts.
While Chanelle’s immunity was withdrawn, Olivia was barred from nominating anybody and required to write ‘I must not breach the rules’ 600 times with a pen and paper.
As if that wasn’t enough, she was also had to wear shock pads on her legs, which some Big Brother watchers felt were insufficient.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their anger, one wrote: ‘What sort of punishment is that? Olivia should be put up for eviction.’
Another said: ‘I don’t feel ANY Sympathy for Olivia having to write that 600 times she broke the rules she can suffer.’
Someone else added: ‘Are we supposed to feel bad for Olivia? You’ve broke the rules twice, deal with it hun.’
‘Shame Big Brother didn’t put Olivia up for eviction as punishment instead lol,’ a fourth wrote.

Another remarked that the sentence reminded him of ‘Dolores Umbridge,’ while another compared it to Bart Simpson.
Recalling Olivia’s first punishment, which saw her and Hallie standing in a cage in the rain, another viewer said: ‘I’d much rather have to write lines with electric shocks every now and then than sit in a cage with nothing to do for 4 hours, Olivia’s punishment isn’t that serious.’
Others disagreed, with one saying: ‘Okay the electric pads and notepad are overkill. Olivia losing her ability to nominate is enough of a punishment.’
Someone else added: ‘The Olivia punishment is quite good tbh. Fair play Big Brother.’
‘I don’t agree with Olivia wearing shock pads. I think that’s too much,’ another penned.
The punishment left Olivia in tears, saying: ‘I’m being painted out to be the worst person in this place.’
She wept: ‘I don’t think it’s going to change anyone’s opinions of me.’
As the other housemates threw a dance party in the garden as part of the day’s challenge, Olivia – left inside – went on: ‘When Yinrun got put in f**king jail I was the person out there singing, dancing, and f**king chanting, but everyone is happy to watch me write f**king lines.
‘I’m going on Friday so I’d rather take back control and walk out the door myself with dignity.’
‘It’s f**king winding me up,’ she tearfully added.
Despite the fact that Olivia was unable to nominate anyone for eviction, she garnered four nominations, as did Chanelle.
Meanwhile, Noky and Trish both earned three nominations ahead of this Friday’s live double eviction.
