As Elphaba from Wicked, Dancing on Ice’s Patsy Palmer wore green for her performance on Sunday night’s episode, but she was penalised severely after she fell during her routine.
The soap star and her dance partner, Matt Evers, performed to music from the classic broadway show about the witches of Oz.
The EastEnders star started out well, but then slipped and fell as her time on the ice progressed.
After reaching their peak, the pair faced the judges so that they could listen to their feedback in peace.
Ashley made the opening goal and rated the team a 5, while Oti awarded them a 4.5. It was then 5.5 from Jayne, followed by 5.5 from Chris.
The celebrity seemed unfazed by her misstep and maintained a cheerful demeanour.
She said she was glad to be competing despite the fall and that she was continuously learning from her errors.
There was some dispute among her online supporters as to whether or not she had received a fair rating for her performance.

One viewer typed: ‘WHAT! Patsy Palmer fell over! Marked higher than
@wonderwomanshel who didn’t… the marking is so biased this year. #DOI [sic].’
Another nodded at the irony of her trip: ‘I’m sorry but Patsy Palmer falling over on Dancing On Ice while skating to Defying Gravity of all songs? Couldn’t have asked for a better script.’
‘Fuming!’ was one audience member’s simple response to the incident.
The celebrity’s name has been floating about as the third star to leave the show in the hours leading up to the live broadcast.
Patsy’s elimination on Sunday was anticipated by bookmakers Ladbrokes at a 2/1 odds.
Following Michelle Heaton at 11/4 came Ekin-Su of Love Island, who was listed at 3/1.
Dancing On Ice airs Sundays on ITV1.
