A guy with a bulge on the back of his head has compared it to ‘cheese,’ and has even given it a name.
After ‘Larry the lump’ grew to the size of a lemon, the patient sought the assistance of Dr Pimple Popper.
The TLC reality programme follows patients across America visiting dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr Sandra Lee for relief with their ‘spots’, whether it be a person suffering from ‘maggots’ in their toes to rashes smelling like ‘hot trash’.
Dr. Lee has previously assisted patients with a ‘third breast’ beneath an armpit, as well as a guy with 400 tumours across his body.
In a preview for an upcoming episode, the man explains: ‘This is my bump Larry.
‘It’s the size of a lemon, almost.’
As he squeezes the lump on the back of his head, he continues: ‘It feels almost like cheese.
‘It’s liquidy in certain spots, like right here it’s soft and right here it’s firm.’
However, after witnessing the man touch Larry, viewers were diverted by another body area.
‘What we gonna do about them nails hunny?’ one wrote, while another said: ‘Why are his nails so dirty!!!!’
Someone else echoed: ‘Those nails are more disgusting.’
‘So distracted by the nails,’ another penned.
However, after witnessing the man touch Larry, viewers were diverted by another body area.
In a previous clip, he said: ‘I think I’ve got seven or eight, the size of a pea to the size of an orange.’
He went on to explain: ‘When I was 14 years old, I noticed two small bumps on the side of my forehead, maybe the size of a quarter.
‘I had those removed when I was about 18 years old, but I noticed more started to grow and they got bigger and bigger in my 20s and into my 30s.
‘In the last three to four years, they’ve almost doubled in size.’
After experiencing hair loss, the anonymous patient became more concerned about the cysts.
He said: ‘Before I started losing hair up top, the hair covered them, but when I started losing hair, they became more and more obvious.
‘I guess I put off having them fixed because I worried that maybe they’d gotten big enough that there would be complications from the surgery and I didn’t want to have to worry about that.’
He added: ‘It’s kind of like living life with an evil twin on your head or something.’
This comes after he opened up about wanting surgery just weeks after the death of his wife Becky, tearfully telling viewers: ‘Becky wanted more than anything for me to have these bumps taken care of.
‘Unfortunately, she passed away two weeks ago.’
Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
