A woman with two growths on either side of her breasts claims to have two additional boobs, complete with nipples.
Sara is seeking assistance from Dr. Pimple Popper after the masses on her body have increased in size.
The TLC reality show follows cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee as she helps patients throughout America, including a lady with maggots in her toes and a guy with 400 tumours on his whole body this season.
Previously, the show followed someone with a “third boob” on their shoulder, a sad grandfather with a “plum sized nose,” and a woman who had a bit of lead trapped in her hand for 45 years.
Now, Dr. Lee’s newest patient seeks assistance with her two masses, each with its own nipple.
‘Two bilateral accessory boobs,’ she begins in a preview clip.
‘I didn’t always have the mass, I did have the nipples.’

Sara goes on to explain: ‘The nipples don’t act like nipples, there’s no sensation to them.
‘They don’t leak during pregnancy.
‘There is darker pigmentation, so the nipple actually shows a little more.
‘As I got older, the mass started getting a little bigger and a little bigger and I started to realise that these were breasts.
‘They’re very pliable, you can move them, I can tuck them in.’

This comes after a woman went to a wizard for treatment with a large tumour under her armpit, which she referred to as a “third breast.”
‘My boyfriend calls it my third boob,’ Jacqueline explains, showing the mass poking out from under her shoulder.
As she prods it with her hand, she describes: ‘It feels mushy, soft, fatty, it causes me all sorts of pain.
‘It feels like burning, being cut with pieces of glass, is the best way I can describe it, although I’ve never had both done to me at once.’
Jacqueline discovered the lump 10 years ago, but she didn’t seek treatment right away owing to her “fears” of doctors.

‘It was already the size of almost a baseball,’ she says.
‘When I finally went to the doctor’s and had an ultrasound done on it, the doctors kept saying that until it wrecks my mobility, that it was really no concern.’
The lack of solution led Jacqueline down other paths.
She says: ‘When I felt like I didn’t have any other options, I tried a couple of different things.
‘I was at a little hippy fest, an art fest, and there was a wizard there.
‘And the wizard said he could heal me, and so I allowed the wizard to do his little thing from across the room… once again, no results there either.’
