According to reports, the first Islander who will compete on Love Island 2023 in South Africa has been chosen to represent Boohoo as an ambassador.
Maya Jama will assume the helm of the long-running dating show that airs on ITV2 for the first time since she took over for Laura Whitmore when the show returns for its winter edition in a few weeks. The show has been running for quite some time.
The newly arrived Islanders will have high hopes of finding love at the opulent mansion that costs £1.2 million and is located in the middle of South Africa. The residence comes complete with an Olympic training pool and a 400-meter jogging track.
Tanya Manhenga, who is 22 years old, is believed to be the first singleton on the show who is trying to find real love. However, ITV has not officially confirmed the cast of the show.
Tanya is a digital developer and an ambassador for brands including Boohoo, Simmi, and Ego, according to the Instagram account that she maintains, which has 11.5 thousand followers.
An insider had this to say about the prospective reality TV star: “Tanya really is the complete package; she’s as smart as she is attractive, and she seems poised to be one of this series’ most popular Islanders.” [Case in point:] “Tanya is as intellectual as she is stunning.”

They continued to The Sun: ‘She’s an Islander in waiting, already moving in the same circles as former cast members and with brand deals already under her belt.
‘But her followers already know she’s got a personality to match.
‘This year’s cast is a sassy bunch, packed with banter and good chat, and Tanya is set to lead the pack.’

The most recent image that Tanya published was on Christmas Eve, and it featured her posing in front of an extravagant Christmas tree that was decked up in sparkling white ornaments.
She captioned the picture in a mysterious way, saying, “Calm before the storm,” which may or may not be a reference to Love Island 2023.
Her other posts feature jaw-dropping photographs of her partying it up at ritzy events, such as those thrown by designer labels like Luxe to Kill, as well as pictures of her enjoying her time off in Marbella, Spain.
In more Love Island news, it has been reported that ITV was so concerned about the safety of the contestants that they have adopted intense security measures.
These include a security team who will be patrolling the Ludus Magnus villa non-stop using night vision CCTV and alarm beams.
The villa is also being protected by high-voltage electric gates, which will be fully manned by trained guards posted on all the perimeters inside the property for protection, according to The Sun.
Love Island returns to ITV2 in January 2023.
