However, he disclosed on Instagram that he has a huge new assignment and is entering the world of sports for the first time.
Simon revealed in a photo of himself with a broad grin that he will be competing in the World Dwarf Games in Cologne next month.

‘I enjoy competing although the best bit for me is meeting and hanging out with other short people from all over the world. #DSAuk #WDG2023 #Cologne #LetsGoGBLetsGo.’
Simon said that he will be participating in the power lifting / bench press and Boccia categories, which are a blend of Boule and bowls.
His new career move prompted an outpouring of support from his fans, with one writing: ‘Oh wow 🤩 it looks amazing Simon! How exciting 😍.’

‘That’s fantastic. I’m sure you’re going to come home with a gold medal. Love the kit too. Good luck. Keep us posted with updates during the games x,’ another penned.
A third commented: ‘Amazing! Get ready for all those [medal emojis].’
It comes after it was revealed that ITV attempted to steal Gogglebox from Channel 4 in an attempt to’shake up the broadcasting environment.’
According to Deadline, the deal for Gogglebox typically extended “approximately every three years,” but ITV managing director Kevin Lygo contacted the show “mid contract.”
According to the magazine, Gogglebox will remain on Channel 4 and has lately aired on the station.
Gogglebox is available to stream on All4.
