Gordon Ramsay couldn’t help but mock his erstwhile coworker Gino D’Acampo.
The Hell’s Kitchen star, 56, made the comments after This Morning chef Gino, 46, revealed his departure from the ITV show due to scheduling issues.
Gordon discussed his friendship with Family Fortunes host and Fred Sirieix in the most recent edition of Spencer Matthews’ podcast Big Fish.
‘They are great, they are wonderful, fantastic, incredible pain in the a***s,’ he quipped.
‘They’re so f***ing lazy, they make me look good. An hour in Gino wants an Espresso, or he wants his eyebrows plucked. Ninety minutes in, Fred’s missing his croissant and his eyeliner.’
Turning his attention to Gino, he continued: ‘His pizzas are s**t anyway and he knows that.

‘He knows that my pizzas are better than his pizzas. My dough is fresh, it’s proven and er, he knows when he bites into my pizza that it’s better than his. He’ll never admit it.’
This comes after it was claimed that Gino’surprised’ his co-stars by leaving Gordon, Gino, and Fred’s Road Trip.
The trio travels to Morocco, America, and Greece in the trip series to soak up the culture and taste the local food.

The insider said: ‘Gordon and Fred are obviously quite frustrated and couldn’t kowtow to his requests. It all seemed a bit ludicrous. At the moment things are pretty tense between them.’
‘Gino, who loves a party, wanted all sorts of caveats put into his contract around working hours so that he could effectively stay up late and have a bit of a lie-in before filming. He doesn’t like early starts — and made that clear.
‘He also didn’t want to work more than six months of the year which, given the tight schedules they all have, was never going to be practical,’ the source added to The Sun.
Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip is available to watch on ITVX.
