As the last season of Happy Valley draws to a close, Con O’Neill, who plays Neil, has guaranteed that the Sally Wainwright drama would have a stunning ending.
The riveting series stars the Nolly actor, who is 56 years old and plays the is the boyfriend of Clare Cartwright (Siobhan Finneran) and finds himself into a spot of trouble with Catherine Cawood (Sarah Lancashire).
In a double act of treachery for Catherine, Neil and Clare have been travelling with Ryan Cawood (Rhys Connah) to see his psychopath father, Tommy Lee Royce (James Norton).
Up the episode that serves as a lead-in to the series finale, Catherine and Ryan are hidden away in a safe house while Tommy, who skipped out on his court date, is on the run and hatching a plan to kill Catherine and kidnap Ryan.
Holly Willoughby, 41, and Phillip Schofield, 60, couldn’t resist questioning the star of “Our Flag Means Fatality” about the finale on Thursday’s episode of “This Morning.” Although specifics are being kept under wraps, fans are speculating that there will be at least one big death in the movie.
Noting that Con would not be allowed to reveal any storylines, the creator of Wylde Moon stated that it had been claimed that Happy Valley will have a “pleasing finale,” and the Chernobyl performer concurred with this statement.

The Midsummer Murders actor also admitted that he was ignorant of the enormous response to the third season of Happy Valley since he had been filming in New Zealand and Los Angeles at the time that it was initially made available to the public.

He mentioned that as soon as he stepped off the airport, he saw that people were muttering, and he also mentioned that he has been receiving “bizarre” direct messages regarding the programme.
