Following Glastonbury over the weekend, Holly Willoughby was a no-show on Monday’s programme of This Morning.
The 42-year-old broadcaster was among the numerous celebrity festivalgoers who descended to Worthy Farm for the world-famous four-day music extravaganza, which concluded on Sunday with a historic performance by Sir Elton John on the Pyramid Stage.
Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle hosted the ITV midday show on Monday, and they were joined by a variety of guests, including Camilla Tominy and Gyles Brandreth.
Holly, on the other hand, was nowhere to be found.
Craig explained her absence at the start of the show, saying, ‘Holly’s off today, she’ll be back tomorrow.’
Holly, who was photographed catching a helicopter to the Somerset-based event on Friday, has undoubtedly had a jam-packed weekend of fun.
Daniel Baldwin, her husband, was also seen with her, as did another acquaintance.
Holly reportedly let her hair down and danced with A-listers including actress Lily James and actor Jamie Dornan during the event.
A source shared on Saturday: ‘Holly was laughing and joking with her friends from the moment she touched down.’
‘They had access to the VIP Winnebago camping area but Holly seemed keen to get among the crowds,’ they added to the Sun.
It’s been a stressful few weeks for the television host, whose on-screen companion Phillip Schofield abruptly left This Morning before admitting to an affair with a young colleague.
Glastonbury attracted over 200,000 festivalgoers and 2,000 acts this year, with headliners including Sir Elton John, Arctic Monkeys, and Guns N Roses.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
