The successor for James Corden’s Late Late Show has been revealed.
The 45-year-old Gavin and Stacey star was in charge of the CBS show for eight years and made sure his final episode went out with a bang, with visits from Joe Biden and Harry Styles.
With speculation swirling over who would replace the Begin Again star, it was reported on Wednesday’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert that comedian Taylor Tomlinson, 29, will host the network’s After Midnight.
Addressing the news on his show Taylor told the audience: ‘I’ve never had a real job!
‘If you don’t know who I am, don’t worry. I barely know myself.’

In the case of former presenter James, it was recently revealed that a prospective Fat Friends feature was in the works, which would see James reprise his legendary noughties TV role.
The ITV drama followed the lives of a group of slimming club members and also included Gavin and Stacey co-star Ruth Jones.
Following the popularity of the concept years ago, it was announced that the much-loved drama will be adapted into a film starring its original cast.
According to reports, James has already been invited to reprise his part in the future film adaptation.
A source told The Sun: ‘James and Ruth on screen again is the reunion everyone wants, albeit not Gavin and Stacey.
‘The cast were all approached about filming a movie version –– an early script has been written, and is ready to go.
‘If it gets the green light, James will reprise his role as Jamie Rymer, while Ruth will play Kelly Chadwick again.
‘The film would also be a huge tribute to Kay who helped change so many of the cast’s lives.
‘They all would love to do something to thank her for her brilliance. It’s still early days but a very exciting project.’
