SPOLER ALERT IF YOU MISSED IT…
Joe Pasquale has won The Masked Singer I’m A Celebrity special episode.
Before the premiere of I’m A Celeb 2023 on ITV, a special edition of the popular singing competition aired in which celebrities who previously competed in the jungle were disguised under elaborate costumes.
It’s up to the judges and the public to figure out who’s underneath – and after a hard competition, Joe was voted the winner after appearing dressed as the outdoor toilet used by I’m A Celeb stars, called the ‘Dunny’.
Dunny defeated Bearded Dragon in a sing-off, with spectators and judges attempting to decode the clues.
The movie was peppered with ghost stories, as well as a sign that said, ‘House on the Common, next right,’ and paintings, all of which depicted aspects of the comedian and actor’s life.
Runner-up Many of the judges had predicted Myleene Klass because of her wonderful voice – and playing piano, with the singer confessing she ‘couldn’t see’ what she was doing in the outfit.
The winner and runner-up had each performed twice, with Mylene initially captivating fans with a performance of Time To Say Goodbye, followed by Dua Lipa’s Mwah.
Meanwhile, winner Dunny performed Ricky Martin’s She Bangs, with DNCE’s Cake By The Ocean proving his winning tune.
Linford, an Olympic athlete, was discovered to be the first celebrity to wear the mask.
He emerged in a really stunning, rather horrifying Huntsman spider costume, suggesting he was a ‘cuddly sider’ who’s ‘cautious by nature’.
The hint that he was the ‘monarch’ and numerous references to arithmetic, with the spider carrying a mathematical textbook and one clue being ‘I showed age is just a winning number,’ piqued the judges’ interest.
He subsequently claimed that this was due to the fact that he was the oldest guy to ever win the 100-metre event.
Huntsman then sang Ricky Martin’s She Bangs, with judges Rita Ora, Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, and Mo Gilligan offering their guesses.
The celebrity ended his time on the show with another quick version of his song before going off stage, claiming he had a nice time on the show.
Then came Wombat, who played Andy Whymement on Coronation Street.
His hints included declaring that he loves to ‘tell stories’ and mentioning that he had previously donned a glittery jumpsuit, which the judges deduced referred to his stint on Dancing On Ice.
The reference to the TV show The Royle Family was, of course, a signal that he was a member of the Royal Family.
Andy delivered his song, Love Really Hurts Without You, again after being unmasked.
There will be lots more celebs revealed in the special episode so keep an eye on this site.
