Following her heated confrontation with her family, Kourtney Kardashian was nowhere to be found on the current episode of The Kardashians.
In last week’s season four opener, the 44-year-old Poosh owner got into a heated argument with sister Kim Kardashian, dubbing her a ‘narcissistic witch’ in disturbing footage.
The 42-year-old Skims executive provoked outrage with her reaction, informing her sibling that the family had a private ‘Not Kourtney’ group chat where they ‘express their concerns’ about her happiness.
Although the duo appeared to get over their troubles in a confessional shortly after, the mom-to-be was unable to be found in the current episode of their Hulu programme, appearing to take a back seat from production due to the drama.
Kim, on the other hand, swiftly reached out to Kourtney while doing her own on-camera interview, as she reflected on a crazy prank they used to perform on unsuspecting guys utilising phone sex hotlines when they were adolescents.
Yes, I’m serious.
It was down to Khloe Kardashian who outed the pair, joking that they used to ‘call 1-900 numbers and ask gentlemen to meet them’ at the nearby shopping mall.
Unpacking the trick, Kim told the camera: ‘We would talk to these guys, we would be 15, and they would be like, “Okay, yeah, meet me at Blockbuster or at the mall”.
‘We’d see the poor guy and we’d stand him up. We’d take a Polaroid and we’d have a book of Polaroids of these guys that we would stand up at the mall.’
Phoning her sister, who appeared over speakerphone, she asked: ‘Do you remember the hotline number?’
Unphased, Kourtney replied: ‘Yeah, I know it by heart.’
Without skipping a beat, Kim dialed the number and realized it was still in operation, with an automated message stating: ‘This is … Where naughty is nice. Your live chat starts now.’
As Kourtney declared she was hanging up, the mom-of-four attempted to chat to a singleton, introducing herself as ‘Samantha’.
‘Hey Samantha, my name is Chris,’ the man on the other end of the phone responded, clearly clueless over he was really talking to. ‘I’m over in Ventura, California.
‘I stay in Ventura County,’ she added, before panicking and hanging up, joking that she had to ‘save that number’ herself.
That’s one way to defrost a rivalry with your sisters…
