Fans of Love Island demanded that Will Young’s suggestive talk with Layla Al-Momani ‘just stop.’
The Islander was getting to know the 28-year-old bombshell in the main villa, while their partners met a fresh group of lads at Casa Amor.
Farmer Will, 23, is presently dating Jessie Wynter, becoming the Hideaway’s second couple to have sex in the 2023 season.
After their romance looked to be moving from strength to strength, Viweres predicted the Buckinghamshire lad and the waitress, 26, would win the blockbuster reality series.
However, it looks that a wrench has been put in the works as newcomer Layla appears to have turned Will’s mind.
Things heated up as they got to know each other around the fire pit when Layle commented, ‘I think you bring more to her than she brings to you,’ in reference to Jessie.
As the conversation progressed, Will said that Layla was’making me shy now,’ before she asked him, ‘Shall I call you Daddy tonight?’
‘I’m a very kinky boy,’ Will responds, before remarking on the’sexual tension’ between the two.
The exchange, on the other hand, left Love Island fans with a terrible taste in their mouth, with several labelling it ‘cringe.’
‘NOOO WILL!! #loveIsland,’ a fan remarked, while another chimed in: ‘Will and this girls convo is so cringe. Just make it stop.’
Many others were saddened by the potential impact on Jessie and Will’s relationship, with one stating, ‘I don’t think I’ll be able to handle it if will pairs up with layla and jessie goes back to the villa alone #loveisland.’
Will and Layla had a kiss after he revealed he’d ‘gravitated’ towards her, but it appears Will is regretting going behind Jessie’s back.
What does this mean for Will and Jessie and could this mean there’s a new romance on the horizon?
Love Island continues tomorrow on ITV2 at 9pm.
