It’s safe to say that this season of Love Island has been generous – and Friday night’s show continued to do so, with Ne-Yo sending the females off to Casa Amor.
Before it was announced that Molly Marsh would be returning, the R&B superstar arrived at the Majorcan villa to perform a special private show for the islanders, following in the footsteps of Craig David and Tom Zinetti.
But, in one of the smoothest plot twists in the history of the ITV2 dating programme, Ne-Yo whisked the girls away to shoot photographs before guiding them to their shuttle bus.
‘I have a surprise for you…’ the singer continued, pointing to their transport, which was labelled with ‘Casa VIPs’ on the side. that automobile over there.’
Screaming erupted, and the ladies dashed inside the van, forcing the lads to rush over to see what the fuss was about – but they were too late.
Viewers couldn’t believe the sights, with one even describing them as Bafta-worthy.
‘Having Ne-Yo send the girls to Casa Amor is insane, the producers are in their bag this season,’ one enthused.
Echoing a similar sentiment, another said: ‘Ne-Yo bringing the girls to Casa Amor, the boys running after them, the lights turning on in Cas Amor, them looking out into the distance at the Casa Amor villa hahahahhaa a cinematic masterpiece.’
A third added: ‘Not sure I will ever get over Neyo taking the girls to Casa. BAFTA worthy.’

The promo for Sunday’s show announced Molly’s return for Casa Amor, but it wasn’t the only shock of the night.
It comes after the 21-year-old theatrical actress was evicted from the island last week after previous competitor Kady McDermott made a stunning return and took Zachariah Noble from her.
Love Island continues on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.
