After Shaq Muhammad was left standing alone, old flame Tanya Manhenga strolled in with Martin Akinola, Love Island viewers couldn’t take it anymore.
Tanya, 24, was getting closer to Martin before Thursday’s emotional episode, despite dropping the L-bomb with Shaq, 25, only days before.
Since then, the two have been flirting nonstop and even sharing naughty kisses in bed, leaving fans wondering what this means for her relationship with Shaq and whether a fight awaits them when they meet again.
It all came to a climax tonight when Tanya opted to marry Martin, leaving the OG villa lads and Shaq astonished.
‘I’m a bit lost for words. I actually meant it when I said I love you. Not everyone means it,’ he said.
Tanya added: ‘From the beginning I was coupled up with Shaq and it was amazing. But I feel like it would be silly of me to not give it more time with Martin. But it’s definitely not the end’.

Fans rushed to Twitter to show their support for Shaq, with one person writing: ‘Sorry but I’m with Shaq on this one, I actually feel sorry for him, yes he’s very emotional but he loved Tanya and was super respectful.’
‘Im sorry but if the roles were reversed for Tanya and Shaq he would be getting crucified now on twitter,’ another added.
‘I feel sorry for shaq but dont at the same time they were never gonna work out anyways tbh,’ a third person wrote.
Other shocks from the tumultuous recoupling were Olivia Hawkins and Kai Fagan’s heated argument.
‘It’s really revealing, and I can’t say I’m surprised,’ she added when questioned about his recoupling by anchor Maya Jama.
‘Are you missing me already? Clearly insufficient,’ she added.
‘After a few days away, I could distinguish what is true and what isn’t…and I think I’ve got a genuine now,’ Kai answered.
Will Young fell into tears after disclosing to Jessie Wynter his stunning kiss with Layla Al-Momani.
Love Island returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
