Former Love Island star Georgia Steel left fans perplexed after mispronouncing Shaq Muhammad’s name.
During Sunday’s episode of Aftersun, the 24-year-old – who appeared on season four of the famous dating programme – shared her thoughts on this year’s winter cast with bestie and series five competitor Joanna Chimonides.
Maya Jama, the show’s host, asked the former bombshells which pairs stood out to them throughout the villa drama.
‘I think my strongest would be Tanya [Manhenga] and ….. Zack,’ Georgia said.
Quickly noticing the blunder, Maya replied: ‘Tanya and Shaq.’
Georgia added: ‘I pronounce Zack because I always get it wrong. So I just say Zack but I know that’s obviously not his real name.’

Fans reacted to the name mispronunciation on social media, with some comparing it to season 5 star Lucie Donlan mispronouncing Yewande Biala’s name.
‘Sorry did Georgia just say she says Zack instead of Shaq because it’s easier to say??? No please…??? I know Maya was giving the side eye,’ one person wrote.
‘Georgia saying she can’t say Shaq so she calls him Zack is giving Lucie with Yewande,’ another added.
‘Why is Georgia renaming Shaq like that?? Learn his name plz, that’s just disrespectful,’ a third person tweeted.
After the violent dumping of Aaron Waters and Spencer Wilks on Sunday’s programme, the Aftersun panel had plenty to talk about.
Viewers congratulated Lanan Jenkins for marrying Casey O’Gorman instead of Ron Hall.
‘Been warring between my intellect and my emotions, but tonight I’m going with my gut,’ Lana said of her decision. Ron will remain in a relationship with Tanyel Revan, 26.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
