During the episode, Brad, 27, told Shona, 31, that he was concerned about their various levels of maturity.
The newlyweds sat across from one other on the couch in their new flat, making lists of questions to ask their spouses.
Shona began by asking Brad whether he thought they were similarly mature as each other, to which the model answered that he didn’t.
The Nottingham native was taken aback to hear her other half express criticism and anxieties, as she assumed they were at a good position.
The model, who has a son, stated that he felt he was farther along in life because he was a parent and inquired about the performing arts teacher’s obligations.
Later in the show, Shona was surprised to learn that Brad had been discussing her with the other brides and had disclosed that he thought she was “childish.”
Shona burst into tears as she heard the news and confronted her spouse, stating she was taken aback since she had no clue he felt that way.
She also revealed that the pair had promised to keep their private issues private and that he had betrayed her trust by telling the other candidates.
Following an emotional discussion, the famously loved-up couple hugged and vowed to concentrate on their communication going forward.
The unique dating programme returned to Channel 4 with a splash, making headlines for its cast, which featured the show’s first transgender bride.

‘I see this as a big deal for someone who has transitioned.’
