Martin and Shirlie Kemp were exposed as Cat and Mouse, shocking The Masked Singer UK viewers (including Roman Kemp).
Despite four fantastic performances, Martin and Shirlie Kemp were sent home after failing to gather enough votes from the studio audience to keep their masks on for another week.
They had the last laugh, though, and couldn’t help but giggle when they disclosed their identities, despite the fact that the panel had no idea who they were.
The panel’s previous guesses included Danny and Dani Dyer, Tom and Giovanna Fletcher, and David Walliams and Amanda Holden.
Martin and Shirley laughed about their intention to participate in the bizarre singing competition because they wanted to embarrass their renowned son, who was completely unaware of what they were up to.
Asked if the Capital Breakfast DJ knew that they have taken part, Shirlie said: ‘No this is going to embarrass him. Most people say they are doing it for their kids.’
