Nella Rose has dodged an interview with ITV’s Lorraine Kelly after her exit from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The 26-year-old YouTuber followed Frankie Dettori out of the jungle, as Nigel Farage and Fred Sirieix survived another vote.
After leaving the camp, she was questioned by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, but she has since declined an interview with Lorraine.
The TV host, 64, admitted it was a ‘shame’ that Nella couldn’t join her, saying: ‘It’s a shame she isn’t talking to anyone this morning, but oh never mind.’
She added: ‘She was going to join us this morning but she’s decided not to give any interviews today, but we may catch up with her later.’
However, Lorraine wished her well and hoped she was having a ‘lie in’.
Nella did not appear on the show, but according to a source, she ‘has not refused to conduct any publicity’.
Following her exit, Nella told Ant and Dec: ‘I think Sam should be king of the jungle, he has wanted to do this since he was a kid.
‘Every day it’s like it’s a new game.’
Nella also revealed that her experience on the programme, which featured heated arguments with Farage and Fred, had taught her a number of life skills.
She added: ‘I learned my cravings are not that deep, like I need chocolate, they can be suppressed.
‘I learned I could live with other people and that my fears are bigger in my head.’
She previously confessed that her jungle experience was ‘much frightening’ than she had anticipated.
‘I thought it was gonna be light work. Just chuck me in there with a bunch of spiders, it’s gonna be fine! But it wasn’t,’ she laughed.
Viewers were shocked over the elimination, with one saying: ‘considering it’s vote to save, i’m seriously shocked nella’s gone’.
‘Camp gonna be boring without Nella but glad she going home to her loved ones…’, another wrote.
With Nella gone, there are just two women in camp: Josie Gibson and Danielle Harold, and six men: Sam Thompson, Farage, Fred, Tony Bellew, Marvin Humes, and Nick Pickard.
Lorraine airs weekdays from 9am on ITV1, while I’m A Celebrity continues at 9pm.
