Rylan Clark confessed he might improve in the bedroom when sharing details about his sex life.
The former Big Brother participant, 34, made the candid admission while discussing his new racy Channel 4 programme on Tuesday’s Loose Women.
‘I’m sure everyone, me included, has things we could work on in the bedroom,’ the former It Takes Two presenter admitted when describing the idea of Sex Rated, which allows single people’s exes to review their performances between the sheets.
Rylan has already said that the programme, which will be released later this year, has made him doubt his profession.
‘The premise of the programme is that individuals come on and we speak about their sex lives,’ he explained to Lauren and Christie of the Tea at Four podcast.
Continuing, Rylan gave details about the series: ‘We also get their exes to rate them and, as you can imagine, some ratings aren’t what they expected it to be.’
He then revealed the moment that had him wondering what he’d signed up for: ‘It’s not a horrible thing, but there are some jaw-dropping moments.’
‘At one point I did question myself when a sex swing came down from the ceiling.’
Rylan is single following his divorce from Dan Neal, with the separation causing the singer to suffer from mental health issues and even heart problems.
Rylan, who was forced to take a leave of absence from work to heal from his trauma, has stated that he is positive about his romantic future.
During his book talk, An Evening With Rylan Clark, at London’s Royal Festival Hall last week, an audience member told the presenter: ‘You really deserve to be happy and I hope you’re not going to give up on [love].’
Rylan then reassured with a quip: ‘I’m not giving up on that – I’ve learned to get a prenup.’
Loose Women airs weekdays from 12.30pm on ITV.
