S Club 7 may make a comeback to television in the near future after being off the air for more than 20 years.
The British pop group, created in 1998, was originally exposed to the globe as the primary protagonists in Miami 7 before embarking on a musical career shortly after.
After establishing themselves as a chart act, they participated in numerous TV programmes and comedy specials before making their big picture debut in 2003 with the film Seeing Double.
The group is still hurting from the death of member Paul Cattermole, who died at the age of 46 shortly after the announcement of a reunion tour.
Following Paul’s death, Hannah Spearitt, who had been Paul’s partner in the band during their time together, left amid allegations of an unhappy quarrel.
While the reunion tour continues, the five remaining members, Jo O’Meara, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, and Rachel Stevens, are considering a comeback to television.

‘I’m up for another one,’ Rachel said, as reported by The Mirror. ‘We have toyed with the idea and have come up with ideas for another one.
‘[We had an idea for a TV show about] how we would all be now. That was always gonna be part of S Club, the TV show like a modern day Monkees.’
Giving her thoughts on the possibility of a TV revival for the the pop group, Jo said they wouldn’t be able to shoot in Miami, Los Angeles, or Barcelona.

‘It would be very interesting to see what actually happened at the end because we need closure. But we would have to do it in London instead,’ she admitted.
However, a reprise of their big-screen journey is unlikely, with Tina Barrett admitting that the 2003 film pushed the band “over the edge.”
Fans of the band have been left feeling ‘strange’ about Hannah’s absence during the band’s recent live tour, despite their expected TV return.
According to concertgoers commenting on the live event, the band has yet to mention Hannah at all throughout their performances, fueling speculations of a conflict.
However, the group has emphatically rejected any animosity towards Hannah and has stated that ‘the door is always open’ for her to return.
