Stranger Things co-stars Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard appear to be at ease after she called him out for being a poor kisser.
Millie, 18, took part in the Vanity Fair lie detector test in November, and she didn’t hold back when asked what it was like to kiss Finn, 20, on camera.
‘He is’, she responded when asked if he was a ‘lousy kisser’.
Finn has now addressed the shade, admitting that he was ‘cool with it’ a few months later.
‘I don’t know, it was one of those things where the first, it’s just an interesting thing when you have to, like…my first on-screen kiss was with Millie, but I didn’t know how to approach that in any way,’ he explained when appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show, with the interview to air this Thursday.
‘There was no just like, “You’re gonna do this thing, and at the end of the take, you’re gonna kiss her.”

‘And then so I just, like, almost headbutted her…he romantic way of putting it was that I headbutted her, but I was twelve, so, you know. I probably would have done the same thing if I was not on screen in front of the entire world.’
The duo have spent the last seven years on Stranger Things as Eleven and Mike Wheeler, who struck it off right away and have had a sweet romance develop over the seasons.
Millie, on the other hand, stated in 2016 that ‘kissing stinks’ following her first on-screen snog with Finn.
Last year, during the lie detector test, an expert on hand assessed that Millie was telling the truth about her feelings regarding their kisses.
She tried to hold it together when asked if Finn had become any better at kissing, but she angrily replied, ‘Not with me, no.’
However, with the fifth and final season of the show confirmed, there’s a chance the young pair could have lots more romantic moments, so Finn may be practising ahead of time.
Sadie Sink, who plays Max, revealed earlier this week that her first on-screen kiss was with her co-star Caleb McLaughlin, who plays Lucas.
She said it they were both ‘awkward’, but it was ‘also funny because all our friends were there and all these extras and lights and music’.
‘It was nerve-wracking at the time, but I look back now and can laugh about it.’
She also found it amusing that anyone could now go back in time and see that first kiss occur on Netflix.
Stranger Things is streaming on Netflix.
