Angela Scanlon of Strictly Come Dancing has been reported to the police over a video in which she seems to hang out of a car window while dancing.
The 39-year-old One Show anchor was photographed in the backseat of a car by someone in the front seat.
Scanlon was not wearing a seatbelt in the video, which has since been removed, and the car was in motion.
The BBC declined to comment on the video.
The TV star could be seen leaning her body out of the car in the clip, obtained by MailOnline.
According to the source, Scanlon was reported to the police after posting the video on social media.
Angela said: ‘I made absolutely the wrong decision when I filmed this video. I was coming from rehearsals and was giddy with excitement.
‘That’s not an excuse, because what I did was stupid and I’m sorry I let my excitement get the better of my judgement.’
A source added: ‘Angela thought she was having a laugh, playing up to being on Strictly.
‘But leaning out of a moving car is incredibly dangerous and she should know better.
‘Her place on Strictly won’t be at threat but she’ll be warned about her behaviour going forward.’

Strictly bosses are expected to give Scanlon a ‘ticking off’ over the tape.
Last week, she made her Strictly debut with pro partner Carlos Gu, performing a dramatic tango to Miley Cyrus’ Prisoner.
Due to a popular vote last weekend, all 15 celebrities, including Bobby Brazier and Zara McDermott, will dance again on Saturday.
Although we don’t know what dance type Scanlon will be doing, she has hinted that it will be a ‘fast’ one.
Sharing a photo dump of the last week, she penned: ‘Swipe for Week One Le Dump, back in training this morning with a new dance. She’s a FAST one. Send me (and my pelvic floor) good vibes only.’
