Hannah Waddingham has reached the pinnacle of success, leaving AFC Richmond for the White House.
President Joe Biden discreetly sent Ted Lasso fans into a frenzy when he revealed that the beloved Apple TV+ comedy’s cast will be there for a conversation.
Similar to the one in the imaginary team’s locker room, he posted a picture of a yellow piece of paper attached to the door of the Oval Office with the word “Believe” scrawled across it.
Hannah, Jason Sudeikis, Brett Goldstein, and Jeremy Swift, along with First Lady Jill Biden, are included on the team sheet for a meeting that will focus on discussing “the significance of addressing your mental health in order to enhance your overall wellbeing.”
Hannah, who portrays the legendary Rebecca Welton, couldn’t get enough of the news and replied to Biden’s statement through Twitter, as would most of us.
She just cited the politician’s post: “*Waddingham faints.”

Honestly? Same.
Ted Lasso premiered in 2020 and quickly became a fan favourite, following an American football coach, excellently portrayed by Jason, who is suddenly recruited to lead a Premier League football team.
The third season recently premiered on Apple TV+, with new episodes dropping weekly.
The programme has been appreciated by many for its depiction of mental health, an aspect for which viewers have individually complimented the actors.
Discussing the scenes, the lead star told Us Weekly: ‘In regard to the mental health stuff, it was just there. It’s been there forever, but it’s really come up a lot in just knowing where the characters were headed and how important it is to work on yourself to help your team.
‘And I think that we were trying to explore that and personify it in a way and kind of trojan horse that there’s bigger issues in this fun, silly little comedy show.
‘People have really responded to that.
‘And myself and other people in the cast and the writing staff get messages daily from people thanking them for really opening their eyes to what it means to go to therapy and what it means for someone in their own life to go to therapy and just speaking about these things and taking the stigma off of any form of health whether it be nutrition or mental, emotional health.’
