Alison Hammond made a shocking revelation about farting on This Morning.
And she has now revealed it to the public, stating that her co-host Dermot O’Leary receives a’special look’ from her every time.
On the new comedic quiz programme Rob Beckett’s Smart TV, the 49-year-old host of The Great British Bake Off is open and honest.
In a trailer for the upcoming episode, Alison first claims she’s ‘not actually a farter’ before revealing the truth.
‘That’s not what I’ve heard,’ EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy quips.
‘I’m like a little princess,’ Alison insists, before revealing her ‘deadly’ habit.
‘Do you fart on the set of This Morning?’ Rob probes.
‘Oh deadly!’ she replies, in the clip shared with The Mirror.
‘Proper deadly and I won’t say nothing,’ she laughed, before adding, with a little smirk: ‘I’ll just be hosting and then I’ll look at Dermot like that.’
In addition to talking about letting rip on This Morning, the host has had some difficult times with the ITV show.
In an earlier tape, she expressed discomfort with a joke about Phillip Schofield, who departed the daytime show after confessing to lying about a ‘unwise but not criminal’ romance with a younger colleague.
After Alison claimed to be too busy for watching TV and only tuning into This Morning, her co-panellist Josh Widdicombe joked: ‘You’re the only person who’s ever gone onto ITV Player and played This Morning… since the episode where Phillip left.’
Alison remained silent after the joke, while Roman Kemp hid his face in his hands while the audience laughed.
Her new job, as team leaders on the weekly broadcast alongside Josh, comes after Alison’s BBC reality show was ‘axed’.
Despite being booted from her Baftas hosting role, she’s been on our screens considerably more than normal. She made her debut presenting the Great British Bake Off with Noel Fielding and was reported to be taking over for the late Paul O’Grady on For The Love Of Dogs.
Talking about Smart TV, the Big Brother star said: ‘This will be my first time working with Sky so I’m thrilled to be finally joining the family.
‘We all know that I love a bit of telly – when I’m not actually on it, I’m watching it – so I’m going to apply everything I know and have learned over the years and go for the win. Watch out Josh babs!’
Rob Beckett’s Smart TV airs Thursdays on Sky Max and Now at 9pm.
