Josie Gibson of This Morning has spoken up about getting in shape and revealing her weight loss ahead of her I’m A Celebrity… I Need to Get Out of Here! stint.
The 38-year-old will compete in Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly’s bushtucker trials with Nigel Farage and Jamie-Lynn Spears.
And she’ll be launching out her reality TV career with a bang, since she’s already been revealed as one of the first stars up for the first task, which sounds cruel.
She’s now revealed how she managed to keep in shape for the jungle, having dropped from a size 18 to a size 14.
‘I don’t feel like I’m in terrific condition,’ Josie said, ‘but before I knew I was doing this, I hired a personal trainer.’
She’s now started weight training and running 5ks with her hairstylist.
She went on, according to Mail Online: ‘It’s finding the time, because I am here, there and everywhere and then I’ve got Reggie.
‘So it is I find it really, really hard just finding a bit of time for myself but I’ve been on top of it.
‘The only thing I haven’t done and probably should have is got myself ready for this eating wise. But I haven’t.
‘I’ve been eating every meal like it’s my last!’

While Josie understands why some individuals choose weight reduction injections, she does not want to “mess around” with her body and prefers the “natural route.”
The TV host’s first meal in the camp will be weighed against a severe first test, which she will face with politician Nigel Farage, 59, and YouTube celebrity Nella Rose.
They’ll be dropped in the middle of the hot Australian desert, 2000 miles distant from the rest of the campmates, who are on the Gold Coast.
Rather of relaxing and getting to know one other, they’ll have to go to work immediately if they want to win stars and hence meals for everyone.
The trio will only see red dessert as they must work together as a team in the sweltering heat to secure the camp’s success. So, no worries!
I’m A Celebrity launches on Sunday, November 19, at 9pm on ITV.
