
Amanda Bynes reportedly struggles with loneliness after returning home from a mental health facility, according to reports.
In March, the 37-year-old was placed under psychiatric hold after she was allegedly discovered wandering the streets of downtown Los Angeles naked.
The Easy A actress was discharged from the hospital and returned home last month. Since then, she has maintained a low profile as she began outpatient treatment.
She has reportedly had a difficult time adjusting to life at home while juggling her medical issues and future plans, which has left her feeling “sad and alone.”
According to sources who spoke with TMZ, after her discharge, she has few friends and has lost interest in the pastimes she developed prior to her hospitalisation.
In spite of this, sources told the news organisation that she has made progress with her outpatient consultations and treatments.
Amanda has not responded publicly to the reports.
In January of this year, the Nickelodeon star was reportedly seen flagging down a passing vehicle in the early hours of the morning in Los Angeles while entirely naked.
She informed one motorist that she was descending from a psychotic episode, and she herself dialled 911.
She was later reported to have been taken to a nearby police station and held on a 5150 hold.
