Sian Osborne, David Haye’s girlfriend, attempted to make a dig at Una Healy in a cryptic Facebook post.
The Saturdays singer was the subject of much suspicion that she was in a three-way relationship with athlete David and his girlfriend Sian, after the trio posted photos of themselves on sunkissed vacations and outings with David’s arms around both of them.
Una, a mother of two, ultimately cleared the air on the reported ‘throuple’ on My Therapist Ghosted Me, insisting she was only ever in a relationship with David, who subsequently introduced her to Sian.
Una stated that she did not want to meet Sian but was afraid that if they went public with their relationship, he may be accused of cheating on Sian with Una, and she thought that if they were all photographed together as a “happy family,” people would know that no one was being hurt.
She agreed with presenter Joanne McNally that she had been ‘hoodwinked’ into the relationship, claiming she was never ‘romantic’ with Sian and hardly knew her despite spending multiple holidays together.
Sian has now moved to Instagram, where she has posted photos of herself, Una, and David singing along to a musical, as well as the two ladies posing with newly obtained plush animals at a carnival.
She wrote cryptically: ‘Hoodwink: verb. To deceive or trick someone.’
Underneath, she added a quote: ‘A liar weaves a tangled web, trapping themselves in a labyrinth of deceit. When we embrace truth, we align ourselves with the harmonious order of the universe.’
The cryptic tweet looks to be a jab at Una’s statements on the show, but neither she nor David have spoken out publicly against it – though he did like the post.
Many others flocked to the comments section to support Una and ask Sian to leave the topic alone, with one calling it “bullying.”
It’s not the first time Sian has alluded to the show, having previously posted photos of herself and Una with the comment ‘The Truth Will Set You Free,’ along with a rainbow flag emoji.
Una stated on the same podcast that she and David are still close and that she’really loved’ their relationship, describing him as ‘kind and honest’ – but she’s only seeking for monogamy now.
