Even the gorgeous Rylan Clark has down days, as he regretted waking up with a hangover from the night before.
Sharing a photo from bed, the former X Factor star quipped that he was looking a bit worse for wear despite claiming he hadn’t touched a drop.
Rylan, 35, is no stranger to a dangerous Instagram picture, having seemed to expose himself earlier this month while cleaning out a large portion of his wardrobe.
This time, his flash of flesh was more purposeful, as he displayed his’side breast’ while resting in bed in his lavish five-bedroom Essex property.
‘Woke up with a hangover and a double chin and wasn’t even drinking. Y tho….’ wrote Rylan to his 2.1million followers on Instagram.
His comments were swamped with people saying he doesn’t have a double chin; instead, his characteristic beard conceals his jawline.
‘Clutching your side boob doesn’t hide it Son….just so you know! 😘,’ joked fellow TV icon Ruth Langsford, 64.
In a stinging response, Drag Race legend Cheryl Hole — clearly in the know — added ‘Karma’, causing Rylan to giggle.
Countdown queen Carol Vorderman, 63, added: ‘Beautiful babe 😂👍🏼👍🏼also what double chin? It’s your beard 😂.’
‘Luckily we’ve both got beards to cover the chins 👍👍👍👍👍,’ joked Denise Welch, who recently dodged questions about her son Matty Healy and his relationship with Taylor Swift.
Rylan’s cheeky photo might be related to his newest initiative, which involves people displaying their birthday outfits.
Earlier this year, he spent a month filming the reality programme Dating Naked UK on an island in Colombia, which will premiere on Paramount Plus later this year.
‘The best times, The best people, The best memories. Coming soon,’ he teased with sneaky pictures from the shoot.
Despite feeling a little worse for wear, Rylan headed out and about and shared a snap of a huge face sculpture hours later with the slightly ironic caption: ‘U alright mate?’
