The beloved pair began dating in 2016 and married in a romantic countryside wedding in 2019.
Joe routinely shares glimpses into his family life on social media, including photos of his children and updates on their vacations.
Last year, the fitness and nutrition expert provoked outrage when he revealed that he had pulled his four-year-old son out of preschool.
Joe and his family were in America at the time, and they claimed that their round-the-world tour had a role in the contentious choice.
He first told his army of fans that he wanted to offer Indie ‘freedom’ and the opportunity to ‘travel the globe’.
Joe explained during an Instagram Q&A: ‘There’s nothing really more to the decision than we just love being together as a family and want to spend more time with the kids while we can.
‘She had a great year in reception but we have always loved teaching the kids at home and want the freedom to travel more and explore the world.’
He stressed, however, that his intentions were not final.
‘She might go to school next year, we have no idea long term but want to do at least a year of home educating,’ he said.
Following backlash, Joe shared a later post in which he reiterated that it’s ‘not a permanent thing, but we want to have another year together’.
Meanwhile, the fitness celebrity has made it obvious that he is far from finished building his family.
Joe mentioned his ideal family size of six children in 2023.
Asked on social media: ‘Do you want more children?’ he replied: ‘Our dream is 6 kids so we are halfway there.’
