Peter Andre and his wife Emily have announced that they are expecting their third child together.
On Thursday, the 50-year-old singer shared a photo of Emily, 34, excitedly holding up ultrasounds on Instagram.
‘We are thrilled to share the news with you all,’ he added. In 2024, we will welcome a new member to our family. The youngsters are overjoyed. ‘And so are we.’
Peter and Emily, a general practitioner, have two children, Theo, six, and Amelia, nine.
Peter and his ex-wife Katie Price also have two children, Princess, 16, and Junior, 18.
The star was quickly inundated with support after confirming he and Emily had another tot on the way, with Jess Wright writing: ‘Congratulations,’ while Lizzie Cundy raved, ‘What !! Another ?? Wow !!! Huge congratulations darlings!!!!’
Ashley Roberts added: ‘Ahhh congrats!!!!’ and Catherine Tyldesley said, ‘Oh guys!!! How gorgeous!!!! Huge congratulations xxx.’
Even former glamour model Katie’s ex Kieran Hayler – with whom she shares daughter Bunny and son Jett – wished Peter and Emily well, writing: ‘Congratulations.’
Peter mentioned earlier this year that he’d like to become a father for the sixth time.
Speaking on Vicky Pattison’s The Secret To podcast in July, the Mysterious Girl singer shared: ‘Children… I was like, when I get to 50 I’m done and then I find myself having conversations with [Emily] going, “Yeah you know, if we did have another child, where would we put Junior?”‘.
He added: ‘I can’t even believe we have those conversations and that makes me think that I just don’t know, it’s just one of those things. It’s just weird that we even have those conversations, so I don’t know.’
The soon-to-be dad-of-five then quipped: ‘Listen, us guys can wishful think all we like, right, but it’s going to be up to her.’
Peter and Emily tied the knot in 2015 at Mamhead House in Exeter.
