Shakira and Lewis Hamilton are said to be dating in the early stages.
Last week, the artist and Formula One racer were pictured out for dinner together, with Lewis’ arm around her waist.
They were previously seen partying aboard a mega yacht in Miami with friends when the singer relocated to the US earlier this year.
Shakira, 46, is single after parting from longtime lover Gerard Piqué in June of last year, after which she relocated to Miami with their two boys Milan, 10, and Sasha, 8, in April.
According to a source, Sarah and Lewis, 38, are dating and are at the ‘fun and flirty’ stage of their relationship.
‘They’re spending time together and in the “getting to know you” stage,’ a source told People.
‘It’s fun and flirty.’
Mum-of-two Shakira had been watching Lewis race at the F1 Grand Prix of Spain on Sunday and later that night went out for cocktails with him and some others, getting pretty near to each other as they posed for a photo.
Neither has stated publicly on their connection or whether they are more than just buddies.
Meanwhile, Shakira’s ex, footballer Gerard, 36, is now in a relationship with Clara Chia Mart, 24, after becoming Instagram official in January of this year.
Their split has been everything from quiet, with protracted custody battles, Shakira pouring shade, and then flying off to Miami for a fresh start with the kids.
Asked about claims of infidelity in a recent interview with Spanish newspaper El Pais, he said simply: ‘The day I die, I will look back and hope I have always done what I wanted.’
He stated that he wants to “be true to” himself while making big life decisions and that he no longer values public opinion.
‘The problem is how people perceive things or how the press packages it,’ he continued.
‘I’m still doing what I want. I’m not gonna waste money on cleaning up my image.’
