According to a recent update provided by Stacey Solomon, who is currently in the last months of her pregnancy, the expecting mother is very much still bumping along.
After shocking her audience in December with the announcement that she was having her fifth kid overall and her third with husband Joe Swash, the Loose Women host is presently expecting her fifth child overall.
Stacey, who is 33 years old, recently disclosed that her due date is much closer than you may think, therefore many people have been keeping track of the passing minutes with her.
After observing a brief period of silence on social media, the TV actress came back to reassure her audience that her child is still developing normally and would not be arriving any time soon. She posted a cute snapshot to her Instagram stories of herself leaning a cup of coffee on her pregnant belly while her one-year-old daughter Rose smiled and watched from a nearby chair.
“Have a wonderful Tuesday, everyone,” Stacey added the message “Still full bump, this pickle is in no rush [cry-laughing emoji]” to the photo she posted online. Today I’ve been working on making the house seem a little bit more like spring… I’m hoping that everyone is okay. Sending you lots of love from Rose, bump, and bun bun and me.’
The week before last, the former X Factor contestant stated that she was experimenting with various techniques in an effort to bring on labour. Her husband Joe, who is 41 years old, could not have been more amused.
Stacey shared a snapshot of herself on social media in which she was wearing cosy pyjamas and had her hair pulled up into a messy bun while crouching in the kitchen of the family’s house in Essex, Pickle Cottage.
‘Happy Friday from me squatting at every opportunity just to try and let gravity do some of the work before labour kicks in’, she wrote to her 5.5million followers.
‘Did anyone else do this at the end?’, she asked. ‘Or am I just a weirdo?’
She continued by saying that Joe’s take on the situation was that it was “hilarious,” and she followed that up with an emoji of a crying laughing face.
In recent weeks, Stacey has been keeping herself busy with promoting the return of her television series, Sort Your Life Out, as well as being recruited for a new television part by the production business owned by Reese Witherspoon.
She also had a wonderful time at her enchanted baby shower, which was hosted in her kitchen, which had been turned into a mystical flowery fantasy kingdom for the occasion.
It will be the couple’s third child together and the seventh overall in their blended family. Joe was already father to son Harry, 14, from his previous relationship with ex-fiancee Emma Sophocleous, and Stacey has sons Zach, 14, and Leighton, 10, with former partners Dean Cox and Aaron Barnham respectively.
