McDonald’s is making some changes to its menu by axing the Garlic Wrap and introducing four new dishes. The Garlic Wrap will be removed from the menu to make way for new options and Saver Meal Deals. The Caesar and Bacon Wrap, priced at £5.19, will replace it, featuring grilled or breaded chicken, caesar dressing, onions, bacon, and lettuce in a soft tortilla wrap. Mozzarella Bites, similar to McDonald’s Dippers but in a bitesize version, will also be available. The sweeter additions to the menu include the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry, which combines soft-serve ice cream with pieces of Lotus Biscoff biscuits and sauce. Another sweet treat is the Double Chocolate Pie, a South Korean dessert with a chocolate shell and molten chocolate sauce. Along with these new additions, McDonald’s is also bringing back the Double Big Mac and Spicy Sriracha Wrap for a limited time. The Biscoff McFlurry will be available until August 1, while the rest of the menu will continue to be available for a longer period. Additionally, McDonald’s has introduced Saver Meal Deals starting at £3.99, which include a choice of a Cheeseburger, Mayo Chicken, or Double Cheeseburger, along with fries and a drink. Alistair Macrow, Chief Executive Officer of McDonald’s UK & Ireland, emphasized the value for money provided by these deals, offering a freshly made burger with British and Irish beef, locally sourced fries, and a drink for £3.99.
