The final trailer for Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania has arrived, focusing on Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang facing battle against Jonathan Majors’ supervillain Kang The Conqueror.
The clip, which was released overnight on Tuesday, features many Paul Rudds and marks the official start of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
After Rudd’s daughter Cassie, played by Kathryn Newton, appears to be lost in the Quantum Realm, the two enter into a shady agreement.
‘You are an interesting man, Scott Lang. You are an Avenger, you have a daughter, but you’ve lost a lot of time, like me,’ Majors is heard to say, referencing the Blip, which robbed Scott of five years with his daughter.
‘We could help each other with that.’
‘Who are you?’ Rudd responds.

‘I’m the man who can give you the one thing you want… time,’ Majors replies.
Among the intense CGI battle scenes, the video shows Ant-Man broken into hundreds of separate replicas, some enormous and little, screaming out as he disintegrates.
‘We had a deal,’ Rudd says, before the pair engage in a vicious fight, with Majors asking him: ‘You thought you could win?’
‘I don’t have to win, we both just have to lose,’ Rudd says.

Along with Rudd, the third instalment of the superhero franchise stars Evangeline Lilly as The Wasp, Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym, and Michelle Pfieffer as Janet van Dyne.
In a previous video, comedian Bill Murray was shown in an unspecified villain role, and this new trailer also shows a first look at MODOK, a fan-favorite killing machine.
Kang the Conqueror initially debuted as a conqueror of multiple worlds during the Multiversal War in the first season of Marvel spin-off Loki.
His character arc will continue in this chapter of the MCU through Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars, which are set to hit theatres in 2025 and 2026, respectively.
Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania is set for release on February 17, 2023.
