Ant and Dec appeared to be having a great time during King Charles’ coronation at Westminster Abbey, but some feel they had a hidden agenda.
The I’m A Celebrity hosts, both 47, were among the celebrities invited to the historic occasion on Saturday, including Emma Thompson.
But, when King legally assumed the throne, the Geordie team tried valiantly to bust out laughing.
During the BBC’s telecast, Ant was seen grimacing as he battled back, exploding in laughter, while Dec grinned.
Naturally, the Saturday Night Takeaway host’s brazen antics caused outrage on the internet, with one Twitter user equating them to ‘bad school boys.’
Another said they couldn’t stop staring at the duo, while a third wondered whether they were yawning.

Many people believe Ant and Dec were actually doing a Get Out My Ear joke.
For those who are unfamiliar, the prank is a popular and long-running piece on their ITV show Saturday Night Takeaway.
It has celebrities donning concealed earpieces and agreeing to obey Ant and Dec‘s orders – whatever they may be – with funny outcomes.
Who knows what the lads were up to? But if it was Get Out My Ear, we’re expecting to see their shenanigans on Saturday Night Takeaway shortly.
The duo had previously discussed their’surreal’ night in the bedroom next to King Charles at his Scottish castle, Dumfries House.
Following their work with the Prince’s Trust, Ant and Dec were asked to stay with the King.
Ant said that after leaving the bedroom to go on a walk, he ran into King Charles, who was holding a pair of secateurs.
