The teaser for the forthcoming season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia teases a surprising reunion of Breaking Bad actors Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul.
The American sitcom, developed by Rob McElhenney, premiered in 2005 and chronicles the escapades of ‘The Gang,’ a bunch of egotistical, sociopathic pals who own the Irish dive bar Paddy’s Pub in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
McElhenney, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, Kaitlin Olson, and Danny DeVito feature in it.
The longest-running live-action American comedy season of all time, three more seasons have already been announced, with the 16th set to start next month.
The trailer for the second season has already been out, and it features Cranston and Paul, in addition to the normal shenanigans of the bunch.
In it, the couple is briefly shown being driven about by Charlie Kelley (Day), who cautions them that his car may smell a little ‘funky’ because he had vomited in it previously.
While they aren’t seen talking much, the revelation has understandably grossed them out.

The new season has been dubbed “the sweetest yet,” and it will cover topics such as inflation, US-Russian ties, gender equality, gun regulation, and celebrity-branded items.
The new episodes will also see the gang ‘yearn for the past as they attempt to survive in 2023’.
An official synopsis for the next season reads: ‘This year alone, Mac battles with allergies and long-distance dating, Charlie takes on his long-forgotten sisters, Dee fights for rent control and women’s athletics, Frank wrestles for his gun, and Dennis struggles to improve his mental health. At the end of the day, they’re navigating 2023 with 16 years of baggage as a few figures from their past rear their heads.’

Aside from being preoccupied with their hit show, the cast was recently seen cheering on McElhenney and his Wrexham FC team in Wales.
The celebs went on the town and were among the raucous crowds that witnessed the club defeat Yeovil FC 3-0.
McElhenney and Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds paid £2 million for the club in 2020.
After a 15-year hiatus, it has managed to claw its way back up and gain promotion to the English Football League.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia season 16 is streaming from June 7 on Disney Plus.
